The UWAC will not share personal information of on-line donors, off-line donors or visitors to our site with third parties by selling, giving, trading or any other method. The UWAC will not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on UWAC.

UWAC only shares your personal information with our Finance department for the purpose of processing pledges, our Marketing department for communications and our Campaign department for customer management. Where applicable, UWAC will share personal information with other United Ways or agencies only in the context of fulfilling the donor’s giving intentions .
